Delivery Times and Shipping

Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands, ensuring fast and reliable delivery.
The delivery times are indicated on the product page:
3–5 business days: Directly available from stock
5–9 business days: Special items that need to be ordered

Returns

Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless we made a mistake or the item is defective.
You can exchange your item within 14 days by sending it to our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Please note that socks, pajamas, underwear, swimwear, lounge pants, and lounge shorts are excluded from exchange for hygiene reasons once the packaging has been opened.

The customer bears the cost of return shipping. To facilitate choosing the right size,
we provide a size chart on each product page, reducing the number of returns.
However, exchanging returned items is free of charge.
