Delivery Times and Shipping
Our products are shipped directly from our warehouse in the Netherlands, ensuring fast and reliable delivery into the European Union. The delivery times are indicated on the product page:
- 3-5 business days: Immediately available from stock.
- 5-9 business days: Special items that need to be ordered.
Return
Not the right size? No problem! Unworn, unwashed or defective items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days. Please note that socks, pajamas, underwear, swim shorts, lounge pants and lounge shorts are excluded from exchange once the package has been opened for hygienic reasons.
Return Costs
Returns are at your own expense. To help you choose the right size and minimize returns, we have provided a size chart on all product pages. However, the exchange of returned items is free of charge.
